But excessive amounts of lactic acid are produced when muscles are weak or overworked due to aggressive yoga. Stay hydrated throughout the day and take small sips of water during your practice and you will have this problem sorted out.
Alcohol, fried foods, caffeine (culprit!), Sugar, etc. All types of foods and drinks that fall under the junk food category cause toxins to build up in the liver and gallbladder. When you do yoga with a body full of toxins, the reaction can be as severe as liver pain to fatigue and a feeling of lack of oxygen.
