Located between Classon and Washington avenues, the lot is near the Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum subway station, served by the 2 and 3 trains. Ahron Gluck of AG Builders Pro LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will produce 15,444 square feet of designated residential space. The building will have 30 residences, likely rents based on the size of the average 515-square-foot unit. The masonry-based structure will also have a 43-foot-long backyard.
Baobab Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not yet been submitted. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
