Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office Notifying Residents of Reported Sexual Predator Now Residing at 68th Loxahatchee Court – The Published Reporter®

In accordance with Chapter 775, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is informing the public of a reported sexual predator who now resides in Loxahatchee, Florida. To view additional information on sexual predators in your neighborhood, visit https://offender.fdle.state.fl.us.

LOXAHATCHEE, FL – Pursuant to Chapter 775 of the Florida Sexual Predator Act, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public of a reported sexual predator, Guichard Jean-Baptiste, who now resides in 1552 68e Courtyard, Loxahatchee, FL 33470.

According to Chapter 775.21 of the Florida Statutes and Constitution, specifically the Florida Sexual Predators Act, the state has a compelling interest in protecting the public from sexual predators and in protecting children from predatory sexual activity. . The Florida legislature has determined that there is sufficient justification for requiring sexual predators to register and for requiring notification to the community and the public of the presence of sexual predators.
