New York police said Friday they were searching for a balding man in his 40s in connection with the April 23 robbery at a Best Buy on West 23rd Street.
Cops say he entered the store just before 8 p.m. that day, grabbed two MacBook laptops valued at about $1,990 from a display and left. A 22-year-old store clerk confronted him as he headed for the door, at which point police say the suspect held up the knife and said, “Try me.”
