Morning! We are waking up to bright skies and very comfortable temperatures for this last day of July.
We went down to around 70 in the city overnight, 60 in the immediate suburbs, and even 50 in places to the north and west.
This afternoon it will warm back up to the mid to upper 80s around the area. It’s another very nice day, although you will notice more thin clouds as the day progresses. If you’re heading to the beach, things look good…low risk of rip currents and temperatures in the low 80s.
The clouds will thicken more tonight, and some showers will arrive in the area, mainly after midnight. Monday starts out mostly cloudy with a continued risk of rain before brighter skies return in the afternoon.
After that, things really heat up again with another possible heat wave on the way! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
