The Ministry identified 20 types of certificates, which cannot be equated, and which did not meet some of the conditions of the certificate equivalency system, in the following cases:

The study takes place in an institution that is not recognized by the academic accreditation bodies in the country of study.
The student did not comply with the required attendance period (mentioned within the previous conditions) to attend in the country of study.
The student has not obtained a bachelor’s degree as it conflicts with one of the basic principles of the National Qualifications Framework.
